If you’re looking for a true crime story close to home, this one hits the mark.

The true crime comedy podcast Small Town Murder recently focused on the 2016 murder of Michael Agerter by his former girlfriend Kathryn Sinkevitch. The podcast, with over 250,000 followers on social media, delves into this grisly case.

In an episode titled “Cold Blooded Obsession,” hosts narrate the tumultuous relationship between Sinkevitch and Agerter. The episode, lasting 75 minutes, reveals Sinkevitch’s history of physical abuse, theft of Agerter’s dog, and her suspected attempt to burn down his home before the fatal incident in his garage.
