Unveiling Exciting New Fare Options

Valley Metro has launched a revamped payment system designed to streamline fare transactions for residents. To facilitate this transition, the organization will host 12 informational fare pop-up events throughout September and October.
These events aim to assist residents in understanding the new fare structure. Attendees can apply for reduced fare options, convert existing paper passes into credits, and address any fare-related inquiries directly with Valley Metro representatives. Notable events in the North Central area include a session on September 10 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Sunnyslope Transit Center, another on September 19 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Thelda Williams Transit Center, and a final event on October 10 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Sunnyslope Community Center.
