Sweet Peaches Seeks Snuggles and Serenity

On a recent field trip, Peaches, a six-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix, enjoyed saying “hi” to new friends (photo courtesy of Arizona Humane Society).
Peaches, a charming six-year-old Australian Cattle Dog and American Pit Bull Terrier mix, has captured hearts during her lengthy stay at the Arizona Humane Society. Rescued in July of last year by the organization’s animal cruelty investigators, she has endured over 100 days in search of a forever home.
This affectionate dog is in excellent health, thriving on a diet enriched with love and care. Already housetrained, Peaches is well-versed in commands like “sit,” and she truly values her cozy resting spots.
With a calm demeanor, Peaches adores being the center of attention. She thrives in a nurturing environment and enjoys leisurely car rides. Her gentle nature has made a lasting impression on the volunteers who take her on Doggy Field Trips.
Potential adopters can meet Peaches (pet number 781566) at the Arizona Humane Society’s South Mountain Campus. For more information, visit azhumane.org/adopt.
