Santa Rosa Springs Commuters Brace for Lane Restrictions

Late-night and early-morning commuters in Santa Rosa Springs should prepare for upcoming road restrictions scheduled for next month.

Casa Grande-based Ellison-Mills Contracting will undertake final striping of North Porter Road and Iron Point Road. Specifically, North Porter Road will see striping activity between Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Iron Point Road, while Iron Point Road will be affected between West Maderas Lane and North Porter Road.

According to city spokesperson Monica Williams, “rolling lane restrictions” will be in effect in both directions starting at 7 p.m. on August 12 and will last until 5 a.m. on August 13. Notably, there will be no complete closures during this period.

This work is part of ongoing road improvements in the area, following recent milling and paving activities completed last month.
