Repeat Offender Caught Again: Doggie Door Burglar Strikes Once More!

A Maricopa man, Gaston K. Gordon, 33, was arrested for the second time this year on charges related to breaking into his wife’s home, according to police reports. This recent incident occurred on Friday when he allegedly entered through the doggie door of his wife’s residence on Tamara Lane.
Authorities reported that Gordon attempted to steal car keys from the home after his wife called for help. Police apprehended him shortly afterward at a nearby Circle K store on Honeycutt Road.
This isn’t Gordon’s first offense. Previous incidents have raised serious concerns, as his wife has a restraining order against him. Law enforcement noted that he had previously entered the home through the same doggie door multiple times.
Earlier in April, he allegedly detained his daughter, seized phones to prevent the family from contacting authorities, and was charged with unlawful imprisonment, assault, and other offenses. He failed to appear in court for these charges on September 26, according to public records.
Following his latest arrest, Gordon was booked into the Pinal County jail on domestic violence charges along with a probation violation warrant from Maricopa County. He now faces over five years in prison if convicted on the new charges.
