Nighttime Lane Restrictions Kick Off Tonight on SR 347
Southbound lane restrictions will be implemented this week on State Route 347 for pavement maintenance. The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) will restrict approximately 4 miles of the highway near Riggs Road.
Starting tonight, southbound drivers will encounter lane reductions between mileposts 185 and 181, from Riggs Road to the Gila River Bridge. The restrictions will take place from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. tonight and tomorrow night, concluding early Saturday morning.
ADOT requests nighttime commuters to exercise caution while driving through the area. Drivers are advised to slow down and merge safely when approaching work zones.
