New Wine Bar Set to Unveil Its Doors Next Month

Wine enthusiasts in Maricopa, prepare to elevate your evenings. Mandy’s Wine Bar is inching closer to its grand opening, projected for mid-August. The new hotspot is located at 41600 W. Smith-Enke Rd., Ste .120.

Amanda Atler, the owner, mentioned that while permitting and interior construction are still ongoing, the bar top will be installed next week. The exact opening date will be disclosed in a couple of weeks.

The bar promises a robust experience with a full kitchen offering cheese and charcuterie boards, shareable plates, and flatbreads, complementing its rotating wine menu. Its ambiance will accommodate 80 patrons, including 24 seats on a dog-friendly patio.

In a swift recruitment process, Mandy’s Wine Bar recently closed its hiring call after just one week.

Excitement is percolating through the business community. Kelly Anderson, Executive Director of the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce (MCC), announced plans for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a small party to officially welcome the wine bar. “Having a local, upscale casual environment to come together as friends and share a glass of wine is integral to every evening out,” Anderson said. “What Atler is creating here in Maricopa fills a gap, and we’re excited to have her energy and her establishment in this community.”
