These mobile kitchens now join established favorites like Dr. Coffee and Birria Copa, as well as newer additions such as Sunday’s Soul Food and Namkeen Dhaba. Each food truck offers a unique menu to cater to diverse tastes.
One exciting option is Johnnie B’s Soul Food Kitchen, inspired by family recipes. Here, visitors can enjoy Southern staples like catfish dinners and shrimp and grits, with entrée prices beginning at $9.
Mama Bear’s Mini Kitchen emerges as an enticing breakfast choice. Patrons can indulge in breakfast pizza, French toast, and frittata bites, with most items priced under $10.
For a taste of Native American cuisine, Native Nom Noms serves up dishes such as Navajo tacos and mutton stew, complemented by breakfast burritos and refreshing hand-shaken lemonade.
If you’re in the mood for Hawaiian flavors, Ohana Island Treats offers spam musubi and kalua pork, along with sweet additions like shaved ice and energy bars.
Finally, Taco Culture broadens the taco scene in Maricopa with street tacos and quesabirrias, along with burritos and agua frescas, responding to the community’s love for diverse taco options.
