Havasu Business Beat: Altitude Trampoline Park sees thousands of monthly visitors, marks successful first year

As Lake Havasu City’s Altitude Trampoline Park enters its second year, it continues to attract substantial foot traffic from both locals and visitors. Since its grand opening in October 2022, the family-friendly venue has welcomed thousands each month, fulfilling a crucial demand for indoor recreational activities.

General Manager Randi Thornock reports impressive attendance figures, with July alone seeing over 9,500 visits. Monthly guest counts typically range between 6,000 and 7,500. “We’ve seen a significant increase in our customer base,” she notes, highlighting the packed parking lots that were once vacant for years.

The park has organized over 30 events since its inception, including seasonal camps and themed jump nights. Aiming to foster community ties, Altitude has scheduled various events in the coming months, although drop-offs for children are not permitted during these gatherings.

Special hours for homeschooling families have been established, enabling participants to enjoy the facility for $8 an hour every Monday and Wednesday from noon to 3 p.m. “We aim to enhance our annual special events and build a closer community,” Thornock added.

New offerings include weekly NFL game nights held on Thursdays from 5 to 9 p.m., featuring prizes from local businesses, as well as a FIT Fridays fitness series for early risers. Additionally, a vibrant Glow in the Park event on Saturday nights showcases DJ Good Vibez.

The venue will also celebrate its first anniversary with a party on Friday, October 18, coinciding with fall festivities and a special night for founding members on the following day. To highlight community spirit, an after-party for Lake Havasu High School students is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, following homecoming activities.

As Halloween approaches, Thornock notes that the park will host Spooktacular events from October 27 to 31, promising engaging activities for all ages. Entry fees for three-hour events are $5 for members and $20 for non-members, with additional membership details available online. Altitude Trampoline Park is situated at 5601 AZ-95, next to Bealls and PetSmart. For more information, visit altitudetrampolinepark.com or call 928-436-8316.
