Michael Way, a Republican candidate, is making strides in Arizona’s Legislative District 15. With a strong foundation in education management, Way currently serves as the President of Business Development at Charter One, which offers management services for various types of schools. Since relocating to Arizona in 2009, he has immersed himself in local affairs and politics.

As a member of the House, Way holds a prominent position as vice chairman of the House Commerce Committee while also participating in the House Appropriations and House Judiciary Committees. His involvement extends to the Joint Legislative Budget Council and the Joint Committee on Capital Review, emphasizing his focus on financial matters.

Way’s campaign agenda highlights fiscal responsibility, border security, election integrity, and economic prosperity. He aims to lower taxes and challenge the economic policies associated with the Biden administration. Additionally, education reform is a central theme in his platform. “Wokeness has taken over many classrooms. I will fight back against this dangerous ideology and stand up for Arizona families’ right to choose,” he states on his campaign website.

While he has yet to file any legislation as a primary sponsor, Way has contributed to several important initiatives. These include co-sponsoring legislation aimed at allowing exemptions for immunizations in public schools and advocating for tax cuts on grocery food items.
