Eggstasy, a popular breakfast chain, is set to open its seventh location in Uptown Phoenix, located at The Colony, 5538 N. 7th St. This locally owned eatery aims to enhance the diverse culinary landscape of the area.

Owner Peter Verros expressed enthusiasm for the new location, emphasizing the appealing blend of retail and dining in the neighborhood. “We’re really excited to join the Uptown Phoenix area and we couldn’t ask for a better spot than The Colony,” he stated. The restaurant is designed to offer a unique morning experience through its food and staff.

To celebrate its opening on Saturday, Oct. 12, Eggstasy will surprise three guests with a special Golden Pancake, symbolizing pancakes for life at any of their locations. Diners can participate by ordering any of the 11 specialty pancake stacks or opting for pancakes as a side with their meal.

The menu features locally sourced ingredients with a range of brunch classics, from pancakes and crepes to gourmet twists like Angus Skirt Steak and Eggs, and Caprese Benedicts. Another standout dish is the Sunrise Sandwich, which combines an egg white frittata with chicken sausage and Swiss cheese.

Eggstasy will operate seven days a week, opening at 7 a.m. and closing at 2:30 p.m. on weekdays, and until 3 p.m. on weekends. The new spot located at The Colony promises to be a fresh addition to the local breakfast scene.
