Armed Intruder at McDonald’s Threatens Cop with Unthinkable Attack

A man has been arrested after allegedly threatening a woman at Walmart and later making aggressive statements to police officers at McDonald’s. Jeffery Aaron Ellis, 42, reportedly confronted the woman with a length of rebar, causing her to fear for her safety.
According to a probable-cause statement from the Maricopa Police Department, the incident began at approximately 3:25 p.m. when Ellis began harassing the victim inside the Walmart store. The woman claimed he was yelling at her about his mother, prompting her to call for Walmart security to intervene.
She expressed to authorities that she felt her life was in danger during the confrontation. Officers later located Ellis at a nearby McDonald’s, where he was quickly apprehended.
During the arrest, Ellis reportedly threatened Officer Nathan Peterson by stating, “I am going to kick you in the nuts,” a remark documented in police records. Following the incidents, Ellis has been charged with disorderly conduct, criminal nuisance, and threatening behavior, potentially facing up to 13 months in jail.
