Police Call for Public Assistance in Urgent Search for Missing At-Risk Man

The Maricopa Police Department is urgently seeking help from the public to locate 77-year-old Richard Bird, who is classified as an at-risk missing adult.
Bird’s last known location was traced to Casa Grande, but his phone subsequently lost power or was turned off. Surveillance indicates that his vehicle, a Nissan Altima bearing the vanity plate FB27K1, was spotted in Gilbert, though he has no known connections there.
He is described as five feet seven inches tall, weighing approximately 164 pounds. Bird has gray hair and blue eyes, but his clothing at the time of his disappearance remains unknown.
Due to medical conditions that necessitate medication and his dementia diagnosis, Bird is considered highly vulnerable and may be confused.
Anyone who has seen Bird or has information regarding his whereabouts is urged to call the Maricopa Police Department at (520) 568-3673 or dial 911 immediately.
