Willo Unveils Exciting 36th Home Tour Adventure

The Willo Neighborhood Association is set to host the 36th Annual Historic Willo Home Tour on Sunday, February 16, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This event invites Valley residents to explore the rich history of one of Phoenix’s oldest neighborhoods, showcasing over ten homes with diverse architectural styles and a historic firehouse museum.
Nestled between Thomas and McDowell roads, and stretching from 1st to 7th avenues, the Willo neighborhood emerged in the 1920s, evolving from agricultural land into a vibrant suburb. Its palm-lined streets now embody the culture and community central to Phoenix, offering a unique glimpse into the city’s past.
Organizers emphasize the community spirit, stating that “the Willo neighbors, a tight-knit, supportive community, are eager to welcome and show you around.”
Attendees can enjoy the home tour for a $30 admission fee, which also grants access to a lively street fair. The fair will host over 150 local vendors selling handmade goods, jewelry, antiques, and local artwork. Food trucks will be on-site, alongside a classic car show and live music from Arizona musicians performing at various locations throughout the neighborhood. Trolleys will also be available, making it easy to navigate between the homes on the tour.
Tickets are available for purchase at www.willophx.com or on the day of the event at 3rd Avenue and W. Monte Vista Road.
