PEORIA, Ariz. — Christopher “CJ” Williams, aged 44, faces serious allegations after his recent arrest by the Peoria Police Department. He serves as the assistant superintendent of student services at West-Mec, a public school in the area. Williams has been charged with multiple offenses, including three counts of sexual conduct with a minor, three counts of sexual abuse, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, and one count of assault.
The investigation commenced on September 25 when authorities received a report of a potential sex offense from a friend of the alleged victim. Details soon emerged, suggesting an inappropriate relationship between Williams and a 16-year-old girl. Reports indicate that the two had been involved since June 2024.
According to statements from witnesses, Williams took the victim on outings to the movies and even commemorated their three-month anniversary at a local coffee shop. Furthermore, evidence suggests that Williams engaged in sexual activities with the victim and provided her with alcohol.
Law enforcement executed a search warrant to analyze the victim’s phone, uncovering messages exchanged between Williams and the girl dating back to early 2024. The victim detailed instances where Williams would frequently kiss her, both publicly and privately, outlining a pattern of physical and sexual interactions.
In addition, the victim claimed that Williams took explicit photographs of her while knowing her age, having attended her birthday celebrations. Following his arrest on September 28, Williams denied any wrongdoing, insisting the claims were false and requesting legal representation.
The Peoria Special Victims Unit is leading the investigation and is asking anyone with additional information or potential victims to contact Detective Ochoa at 623-773-8383.
