Unleash Adventure: Explore the Great Outdoors with Your Four-Legged Friends
With cooler temperatures arriving in the Valley, the Desert Botanical Garden is set to host its popular Dog Days at the Garden events. Dog owners are invited to bring their pets to enjoy a unique outing on November 9, 16, and 23, from 8 to 11 a.m.
This experience is included with membership or general admission, providing a fantastic opportunity for visitors and their dogs to explore the garden’s scenic trails. It’s an excellent chance to connect with nature and capture memorable moments together.
For the safety of all attendees, both human and canine, several guidelines are in place. The garden features water fountains and refill stations to keep pets hydrated. Dog owners are expected to clean up after their pets, ensuring the grounds remain pristine. Additionally, all dogs must remain leashed, licensed, and current on vaccinations. Owners should maintain control of their dogs at all times; any aggressive behavior will result in the removal of the dog from the premises. Visitors should also be vigilant for cacti and debris on the trails, ensuring pets do not stray off designated paths.
The Desert Botanical Garden is located at 1201 N. Galvin Parkway. For more information, interested guests can call or visit the official website.
