Two arrested, one arraigned in alleged August burglary

Lake Havasu City authorities have apprehended two residents linked to a string of storage unit burglaries, resulting in the theft of approximately $3,050 worth of items. One suspect, 46-year-old Ryan A. Hoggard, was indicted last week, while the other, 34-year-old Kevin L. Beyer, awaits trial on separate felony drug charges.

The arrests stemmed from an investigation conducted by Lake Havasu City Police. Detectives uncovered evidence pointing to a series of burglaries occurring between August and September. Witnesses eventually identified Hoggard as a participant in these crimes, although police believe Beyer may have played a more significant role in orchestrating the thefts.

The investigation highlighted the need for increased security measures at local storage facilities. As community concern grows over such crimes, authorities urge vigilance and prompt reporting of suspicious activities.
