Tragic Prescott Crash Leaves 2 Dead and 6 Injured

PRESCOTT, Ariz. — A tragic accident occurred Saturday afternoon, resulting in two fatalities and six injuries. The incident took place near the Prescott Regional Airport on Williamson Valley Road, close to Levie Lane, around 3:01 p.m.

Responding to the scene, the Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority (CAFMD) reported that two individuals lost their lives at the crash site. Four of the injured were airlifted to local hospitals, while two others were transported via ambulance for medical attention.

The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating the crash to determine its cause. As a precautionary measure, they have closed Williamson Valley Road in the vicinity of the accident, warning that it will remain shut down for some time.
