Devin Booker led the Suns with 26 points, while Kevin Durant contributed 24. Grayson Allen’s critical free throws with just 10 seconds left solidified the Suns’ victory and showcased his effectiveness off the bench, where he scored 18 points.
The game began with the Suns building a solid lead, powered by Durant’s three-pointer that extended their advantage to 103-90 with a little over five minutes remaining. However, the Clippers fought back fiercely, embarking on a 10-0 run that brought the score to 107-106, highlighted by Norman Powell’s quick jumper with 40 seconds left in the game.

As the game drew to a close, Allen intentionally missed a free throw with 1.3 seconds left, leaving the Clippers without timeouts. Powell’s full-court attempt at the buzzer was off the mark, sealing the Suns’ triumph.
