Sun Corridor B&G Clubs Unveil Record-Breaking Fundraising Initiative

Tax Credit Campaign Benefits Local Youths at Boys & Girls Clubs
Matthew Lindberg, executive director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sun Corridor, emphasizes the importance of Arizona Tax Credit contributions in their fundraising efforts. Established in 1998, this local chapter provides essential support for youths in Maricopa.
According to Lindberg, the ongoing tax credit campaign is “our most successful individual giving effort.” This year’s campaign is now in full swing, with contributions needed by April 15.
For the 2024 tax year, individual filers can donate up to $470, while married couples filing jointly can contribute up to $938. The significance of these contributions lies in their dual benefits; they not only lower taxable income but also enhance taxpayer refunds through tax credits.
Contributing to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sun Corridor is a straightforward process. Interested individuals can reach out with questions by calling 520-876-5437.
