<p>PHOENIX — Increased moisture is raising storm chances in the Valley. Daytime highs are also several degrees above average this week, with daily highs just above 110°F.</p>
<p>On Wednesday, storms are expected to move off the rim and towards the Valley later in the day. Storm risks include gusty winds, blowing dust, heavy rain, and lightning. Daily storm chances will be possible in the Valley through Friday.</p>
<p>Storm chances are higher in Northern Arizona this week and could turn severe by Wednesday afternoon. Drier air is expected to move in over the weekend.</p>
