In 2019, three members of the Thorn family established Six Byrd Cider Co., transforming their hobby into a thriving business. This local cidery is set to relocate its production site to a new venue in Tempe by the end of March.

The new facility will feature a spacious 1,000-square-foot taproom, designed to enhance customer experience. Brothers Eric and Jared lead operations as the operation manager and head cider makers, respectively. Their cousin, Jackson, oversees sales and distribution, playing a crucial role in the company’s growth.
