PARIS, France — During her quest to regain Olympic glory, Simone Biles briefly left the floor due to discomfort in her left leg but remained determined on Sunday.
The 27-year-old and the U.S. gymnastics team performed at the packed Bercy Arena during the second qualifying round for the Paris Games. The U.S. team is the favorite to win the team gold, looking to overcome their second-place finish to Russia in Tokyo.
