Serious Injury Reported at Desert Sunrise High School

Details remain limited following an incident at Desert Sunrise High School where a construction worker was reportedly injured today. The incident, which occurred around 10:30 a.m., has generated considerable discussion among parents on social media.

Eyewitness accounts suggest that the worker fell from a ladder and sustained a head injury upon hitting the sidewalk. Students in the vicinity witnessed the fall and were reportedly shaken by the incident. DSHS Principal Phil Verdugo also addressed the incident in a letter sent to parents. He conveyed, “We want to inform you that emergency personnel responded to a medical incident at Desert Sunrise High School today. The individual involved was not a student or staff member, and there was no disruption to the school day.”
