Serial trespasser tests the limits of just how many places a person can be trespassed from

Wacey Bee finds himself in troubling circumstances once again. Recently, he appeared on the InMaricopa homepage after being spotted at a local bar right before a scheduled court appearance related to previous trespassing charges. Missing that court date resulted in a new arrest warrant being issued.

On Thursday afternoon, Maricopa police apprehended the 34-year-old while he was allegedly shoplifting at Walmart, where policy dictates that such offenders are automatically trespassed. Ironically, this event led to the serving of his existing warrants.

When officers discovered Bee, he was strolling through the aisles at 1:43 p.m., still wearing jeans with tags attached. A search revealed a stolen bottle of Fireball whiskey in his possession, further complicating his legal troubles.

Now booked into the Pinal County jail, Bee faces multiple trespassing warrants alongside new shoplifting charges. He is also contending with felony drug charges stemming from Albuquerque, N.M. His recurrent legal issues highlight a pressing need for accountability, as skipping court may leave him barred from every business in the vicinity.
