The Sedona Food Truck Festival will take place at the Pavilion at Posse Grounds Park on Saturday, November 9, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Attendees can enjoy a selection of beer and wine, alongside various picnic games like cornhole and tic-tac-toe.

Jason Vargo, Special Events Coordinator for the Parks and Recreation Department, highlighted the festival’s community spirit. “This event features food trucks galore,” he said. “We have over a dozen food trucks and dessert vendors lined up this year, offering a diverse range of cuisines.”

Participating vendors include popular spots such as Scoop’N Mobile, Christie’s Caffeination Station, Down by the Bayou Bistro, and several others. From gourmet pies to seafood delights, the festival promises an eclectic culinary experience.

Entertainment is also a key highlight. DJ Pablo will perform from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., followed by the Johnny Malo Band, who will play from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Their setlist will blend funk, classic rock, and original tracks, featuring a variety of popular songs.

“Our performance will get attendees dancing,” said Johnny Badiaco, bassist and lead vocalist of the band. “We enjoy mixing genres and keeping the energy up.”

Admission to the festival is free, and the Parks and Recreation Department will conduct raffles at noon, 1 p.m., and 2 p.m. Participants must be present to claim their prizes.

Vargo advised attendees to plan their arrival in advance, noting that parking can fill up quickly. “We encourage guests to use the Sedona Shuttle Connect, which simplifies transportation.”

To support this initiative, the festival will offer another riders’ raffle and will provide information on nearby off-site parking with shuttle service available throughout the day.
