A woman from Sacaton found herself in a compromising situation this past Tuesday outside Headquarters Restaurant and Bar, located just off John Wayne Parkway. Cindy K. Coffin, 54, was reported to the Maricopa Police Department after an employee observed her trespassing and urinating against the establishment’s exterior.

Upon arrival, officers discovered Coffin passed out on a bench, her pants notably lowered. A pool of liquid collected beneath her, accompanied by an opened Four Loko nearby, indicating her state of intoxication. The restaurant employee explained that Coffin had previously been trespassed from the venue earlier this September.

The confrontation began inside the restaurant when Coffin entered, prompting staff to remind her of the prior directive. She then exited, lowered her pants, and relieved herself in plain view. When approached by law enforcement, Coffin acknowledged her daily drinking habits, confessing she had been consuming alcohol shortly before their arrival.

Following her arrest, Coffin was taken to Exceptional Community Hospital for treatment before being booked into the Pinal County jail. She now faces charges of criminal trespass and public nuisance, with a potential sentence of up to five months if convicted.
