On February 8, the Phoenix Melrose District’s The Royale marked its one-year anniversary with a lively community event, unveiling a significant rebranding of its restaurant. Located at 635 W. Glenrosa Avenue, this vibrant outdoor complex is a hub for local services, reflecting the energetic spirit of its neighborhood.

The restaurant formerly known as Yumbar is set to transition into Royale Kitchen + Cocktails. Owners Mark Howard and Rocco Menaguale aim to elevate the dining experience, introducing a wider range of offerings including dinner, brunch, and expanded happy hour specials. This transformation signals a shift towards establishing the venue as a neighborhood dining destination, moving beyond its previous bar-centric identity.

The revamped menu will feature new items alongside beloved favorites. Guests can anticipate refreshed drink selections, daily specials, and monthly events. Enhancements to the décor will create an intimate atmosphere, while the air-conditioned and heated patio, dubbed the “Flamingo Room,” will serve both as a dining area and a venue for private and public events, equipped with full-service catering and audio-visual capabilities.

For more details about the rebranding, further inquiries can be directed to the restaurant’s official websites.
