RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard Ignite Passion at Arizona Christian University Packed Rally
By Matthew Holloway |
Former Democrats Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard energized a pro-Trump audience at Arizona Christian University in Glendale on Saturday. Both speakers criticized the Democratic National Committee, branding it as the “party of war” and “the party of censorship.”
During the event, part of the “Team Trump’s Reclaim America Tour,” Kennedy lamented the transformation of the Democratic party. “It’s become the party of surveillance. It’s no longer the party that I recognized,” he declared to the enthusiastic crowd of about 600, which included some turned away due to capacity limits.
The discussion, moderated by independent journalist Jessica Reed Kraus, featured Kennedy’s decision to withdraw from the presidential race. He explained, “My remaining in this campaign was going to bring to power a candidate who I believe will be easily manipulated by the deep state.” He criticized this potential candidate for perpetuating a state of “continual war” that could threaten the nation’s integrity.
Gabbard aligned herself with Kennedy’s concerns, warning that a continuation of the current leadership would deepen the United States’ involvement in wars. She referred to the Democratic Party as an “elite cabal” and emphasized her disconnect with a party she views as supporting tyranny.
Highlighting campaign tactics, Gabbard stated that both she and Kennedy had faced a systematic government response targeting them. “We the people are far more powerful than them,” she affirmed, encouraging unity against perceived oppression.
Gabbard made a point to differentiate their message from typical electoral partisanship, arguing, “This is not about Democrats versus Republicans. This is about our country.” Her remarks underscored a collective fight for freedom and peace.
Looking ahead, she teased their continued campaigning, stating, “Well, I think Bobby and I are going to be on the road for the next 51 days.” Even without her name on the ballot, Gabbard expressed a commitment to engaging citizens in critical conversations leading up to an important election.
Kennedy echoed her sentiment, noting that his return home would have to wait for three weeks. Meanwhile, Brian Hughes, a senior advisor in the Trump campaign, announced that both Kennedy and Gabbard will join the Trump/Vance Transition team. Specific roles for the two in a potential second Trump administration have yet to be disclosed.
