Reward offered for info leading to arrest in 2010 Phoenix triple homicide

Nicole Glass, 27, and her eight-week pregnant roommate, Melissa Mason, were brutally murdered in December 2010.

PHOENIX — Fourteen years have passed since the tragic deaths of Nicole Glass and Melissa Mason, yet the search for justice continues unabated. Rachel Glass, Nicole’s mother, remains resolute in her quest for answers regarding the unsolved case.

The young women were discovered strangled in their Phoenix home, located near 42nd Street and Cambridge Avenue. Despite extensive investigations and numerous tips, the case has not reached a resolution.

“I can’t lose hope,” Rachel Glass emphasized. “If you don’t have hope, you don’t have anything.” Her determination stands as a testament to the emotional weight carried by families of crime victims.

In an effort to encourage more leads, Silent Witness has offered an $8,700 reward for information that could lead to an arrest. According to Sgt. Brian Bauer of the Phoenix Police Department, “All the DNA is there. The evidence is there. It’s just a matter of having that little bit of information that somebody might know to help us reach a different angle.”

The unsolved murders have left a lasting emotional toll on the victims’ families. Rachel Glass shared her heartache, stating, “It’s just heartbreaking that I don’t have those moments — no wedding, no grandchildren.” Such sentiments echo the deep void left in the lives of those who loved Nicole and Melissa.

Authorities remain committed to resolving this cold case and are urging anyone with information to come forward. Silent Witness can be contacted anonymously at 480-WITNESS (480-948-3767) or through their website SilentWitness.org.

An additional $1,500 is also being raised through a GoFundMe account specifically to support the ongoing investigation.

The investigation remains active, with authorities hoping that community involvement will finally bring closure to this tragic chapter.
