Restaurant brings fall flavors to menu

Over Easy is set to unveil four new menu items for the fall season, starting October 1. This seasonal menu will be available at all 16 locations across Arizona and will run through December, offering options for dine-in, takeout, and delivery (alcohol excluded).

The new offerings include the Fall Frittata, featuring three eggs, turkey sausage, mushrooms, spinach, caramelized onions, cherry pepper pico, pepperjack cheese, cilantro, and crema, paired with a side of sweet potato hash. Additionally, there’s the Pumpkin French Toast, which consists of housemade spiced pumpkin bread topped with ginger snap streusel and caramel sauce, finished with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

For beverage enthusiasts, the Pumpkin Chai Latte combines tea, pumpkin purée, Press cold brew, milk, whipped cream, and cinnamon. Another highlight is the Pumpkin Spiced Martini, made with Stoli Vanilla vodka, pumpkin spice, Press cold brew, espresso liqueur, Irish cream, and cinnamon.

Beyond culinary delights, Over Easy contributes to the community by donating $1 from every kid’s menu purchase to Phoenix Children’s Hospital throughout the year. For more details, visit Arizonanews.org.
