In a recent public statement, John K. Renfro expressed his support for Rich Vitiello as a candidate for the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, highlighting the need for representation from Maricopa, the largest city in the county. Renfro emphasized the importance of electing someone who understands the city’s unique needs and challenges.

Having moved to Maricopa nearly two decades ago, Vitiello has established deep roots in the community. He and his wife own and manage local businesses, contributing to the local economy. Beyond his business endeavors, Vitiello has actively volunteered with numerous organizations and events, demonstrating his commitment to the welfare of Maricopa and its residents.

Renfro pointed out Vitiello’s tenure on the bipartisan city council, noting his role in shaping Maricopa into a thriving city. He argued that a District 1 supervisor who prioritizes the city’s interests is crucial for future development and progress. Vitiello, with his established network across the city and county, is seen as a strong candidate to fulfill this role.

Furthermore, Renfro asserted the necessity of a supervisor who understands transportation issues, particularly concerning State Route 347. He believes Vitiello possesses this knowledge, making him well-suited for the position.

While acknowledging the merits of other candidates, Renfro articulated that they do not possess the same qualifications as Vitiello. As a longtime resident of Maricopa, he has made his choice clear: he will be voting for Rich Vitiello in the upcoming election.

As the Pinal County Board of Supervisors election approaches, the stakes for Maricopa’s representation have never been higher.
