Power outages across the Valley as storms sweep through


PHOENIX — Power outages have impacted residents across the Phoenix Metro area as storms move through on Sunday evening. According to Arizona Public Service (APS), 214 customers are currently without power. The outages affect the region spanning from Cambridge Avenue to McDowell Road, and 17th Avenue to Alvarado Road.

In addition, about 1,252 customers in Buckeye experienced outages, particularly near Illini Street to Southern Avenue and Miller to Farm Roads. APS has confirmed that power has been restored for those affected in Buckeye.
