Pima County Public Library surveying public about services

The Pima County Public Library is actively gathering community input through a new survey aimed at enhancing its services. Residents have until midnight on Monday, March 17, to share their thoughts. The survey is accessible in both English and Spanish, ensuring inclusivity.

The library offers a diverse array of resources, including reading materials, programming, e-library tools, and job search assistance. Additionally, patrons can rent various kits, such as blood pressure monitors and telescopes, to further enrich their experience.

“The results will help inform our strategic planning process,” states the library website, emphasizing the importance of community feedback.

The survey includes questions regarding visitation frequency at library locations, borrowing habits, and usage of library kits. Most questions are formatted as multiple-choice to facilitate quick responses.

Completing the survey takes approximately 10 minutes. Participants can choose to respond online or opt for a paper version available at any public library branch. To access the online survey, simply visit the library’s website and select your preferred language for an interactive experience.
