The Pima County Fair has officially kicked off its 2025 season, offering a vibrant array of attractions, from exhilarating carnival rides to delectable treats like cotton candy and cow-themed cupcakes. Beyond the usual fair fare, visitors can also enjoy art exhibitions and livestock auctions.
Running from Thursday until Sunday, April 27, the fair opens its gates at 3 p.m. on weekdays and at 11 a.m. over the weekend. General admission is priced at $12, with discounts available for military personnel and seniors aged 55 and older ($8), and children aged 6 to 10 ($6). Children 5 and under can enter for free, while parking costs $8.
Attendees should be cautious, as indulging in fried foods and thrill rides can quickly add up. Here are some tips for maximizing your fun while saving money:

Wristband nights are available on Wednesday and Thursday, with an additional bonus Wristband Day on Easter Sunday.
If you’re eager to save more, bring two cans of food for the Community Food Bank to gain free entry before noon on Sunday mornings. Additionally, admission drops to $7 on Monday, April 22, with free ferris wheel rides for seniors.
On Tuesday, April 23, carnival rides are offered at just $3 until 6 p.m. Throughout the week, the fair features an exciting lineup of nightly concerts across various genres. For an extra $25, attendees can upgrade to VIP concert access.
