Permits Granted for Gunsmoke, Heritage Academy, and U-Haul Projects

Permits issued at Gunsmoke, Heritage Academy and U-Haul

A comprehensive list of permits issued from April 11 to May 10 has been released, showcasing a variety of commercial and residential projects within the area.

Commercial Permits

Hiro Investment received a permit to modify an AT&T cell tower, extending its height at 42660 W. Rancho El Dorado Parkway. The upgrade carries an estimated value of $25,000.

Jared Pope Properties secured a certificate of occupancy for a Cash Time Loans facility located at 44480 W. Honeycutt Road, Suite 103.

Gunsmoke Ranch Apartments obtained permits for constructing 34 duplexes at Gunsmoke and Hancock, with a total value of approximately $5.3 million.

Heritage Academy is set to build a new auditorium, comprising 14,000 square feet, which is valued at $2.6 million.

Forestar USA Real Estate Group has been permitted to add restrooms and a ramada at Moonlight, totaling $373,215 in value.

ACP Properties received a certificate of occupancy for a Peaches & Gains Woman’s Fitness center at 19342 N. Maricopa Road, Suite 110.

Additionally, Diamond Communications has been issued a permit to modify a T-Mobile tower at 45330 W. McDavid Road, valued at $24,650.

Amerco Real Estate Company was granted two permits for a large U-Haul structure covering 115,761 square feet, valued at $13.6 million.

Lastly, Volkswagen of America received a permit for a 400-square-foot temperature and humidity-controlled lab, valued at $65,736.

Residential Permits

Castlerock Communities has plans to construct five homes in El Rancho Santa Rosa.

Century Communities aims to build two homes in The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado and one in The Trails at Tortosa.

DF Construction will work on four new homes in Rancho Mirage, while D.R. Horton plans to build three in The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado.

Forestar USA is set to add four homes in Moonlight, and KB Home will construct four homes in Desert Passage.

Finally, Lennar Arizona has been approved for nine homes in Anderson Farms, and Richmond American Homes plans to build eight in The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado.
