A pedestrian is currently recovering in the hospital following a car accident that occurred in a parking lot at Maricopa Fiesta on October 1, 2024. The incident was reported shortly before 3 p.m. via a 911 call, indicating that a person had been struck by a vehicle in front of Bashas’ at 21044 N. John Wayne Parkway, as confirmed by Phoenix Regional Dispatch.
When reporters arrived on the scene around 3:15 p.m., they found that the situation had already been cleared.
