Panda Unveils Exciting New Maricopa Location with a Fresh Modern Flair

Plans for a new Panda Express near the intersection of Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Stonegate Road are progressing, signaling a greater selection of fast food for local residents. The restaurant chain, based in Rosemead, California, initially announced intentions to open this second location in July.
Recently, Gary Wang & Associates, a design firm from Monterey Park, submitted detailed site plans for the drive-thru restaurant, which will cover 2,700 square feet. This new location is planned to be situated just west of The Home Depot, continuing the growth of dining options in the area.
Distinct from the existing outlet on John Wayne Parkway, this Panda Express aims to introduce a modern aesthetic. Features will include LED strip lighting encircling the pagoda-style roof, as well as contemporary design elements such as composite wood finishes and sleek metal canopies. The overall concept is intended to blend traditional influences with a modern flair, according to the project narrative.
This announcement comes alongside several other restaurant developments in the Stonegate/Wells area. In addition to Panda Express, plans for a fourth Starbucks are in motion, while another Burger King is currently on hold. Recently, a second Taco Bell opened its doors in the vicinity, and a second O’Reilly Auto Parts is also proposed.
