This strategic move solidifies Compass’s status as the top brokerage for luxury residential sales in Arizona, just 18 months post-acquisition of Launch Real Estate, which was formerly recognized as the premier independent luxury brand in the area. The partnership creates a unique blend of local expertise with national resources, set to enhance Arizona’s real estate landscape significantly.

With the integration of North & Co., Compass expands its workforce to over 450 producing agents.
