North Central Pet Chronicles: Meet the Majestic Binzer, King of the Castle!

North Central residents Emmi and Cody K. have shared a delightful story about their cat, Binzer, which adds a charming twist to their journey of homeownership. Emmi recalled, “Buying our first home was one of the happiest moments of our lives.” They meticulously focused on the BINSR document—Buyer’s Inspection Notice Seller Response—during their purchasing process.

A year later, joy came anew when they welcomed their kitten into the family. “We remembered how much time we spent with that document, so we named the kitten Binzer, as a cute joke!” Emmi explained. The humor is not lost on them, as they have discovered that their new pet is anything but negotiable. “Now she roams around like she owns the place, which we’re starting to believe she does!”
