NFL Playoff Showdown: Wild Card Round Matchups Unveiled!

The stage is set for the 2025 NFL playoffs, with 14 teams still vying for a chance to play in the Super Bowl. The postseason will kick off with six exciting matchups starting January 11 and concluding January 13.
Detroit Lions captured the No. 1 seed in the NFC, establishing themselves as the team to beat. Their path to the Super Bowl will run through Detroit, making it a key destination for contenders in the conference.
In the AFC, the Kansas City Chiefs secured the top seed, setting the stage for their quest to achieve an unprecedented third consecutive Super Bowl victory.
The playoff schedule is packed with thrilling encounters: The Los Angeles Chargers will face the Houston Texans at 4:30 p.m. ET on CBS. Later that evening, the Pittsburgh Steelers will visit the Baltimore Ravens at 8 p.m. ET, available on Prime Video.
Sunday’s lineup includes the Denver Broncos against the Buffalo Bills at 1 p.m. ET, followed by a clash between the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles at 4:30 p.m. ET on Fox. The Washington Commanders will battle the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, while the Minnesota Vikings take on the Los Angeles Rams at 8:15 p.m. ET across multiple ESPN platforms.
Post-Wild Card round matchups will determine the matchups for the divisional playoff games. In the NFC, the Lions will host the lowest-seeded team, while the Chiefs will do the same in the AFC.
As for the Super Bowl, it will take place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, featuring the champions from both conferences. The game is set to air on Fox, with Kendrick Lamar slated to headline the halftime show.
