New Hotline Unveiled to Tackle Park Concerns

The Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department has introduced a new service aimed at enhancing public safety in local parks. The 24/7 Parks Code of Conduct Answering Service, accessible at 602-534-9919, will allow residents to report concerns related to violations of park conduct.
This service operates around the clock, providing a direct communication channel for anyone wishing to address issues encountered within Phoenix parks. Users can report a variety of conduct violations, ensuring that the necessary steps are taken for resolution.
Upon calling, residents will connect with an operator who will document their concerns and relay the information to park rangers for further action. In cases where immediate danger or criminal activity is observed, individuals are urged to call 911.
