Nando’s Halts Service: No Tacos This Tuesday and Beyond
On November 9, 2023, Nando’s Mexican Grill at Edison Pointe officially reopened its doors after dealing with a temporary setback. The establishment is now embracing its regular hours and has resumed serving customers eager for Taco Tuesday.
Earlier today, Nando’s Mexican Café, which had just recently opened in Maricopa on March 26, faced an unexpected closure. The restaurant did not open for lunch as scheduled at 11 a.m. due to a power outage. A company statement confirmed the closure: “Due to a power outage, our Maricopa location will be closed until further notice. We will update you as soon as power has been restored.”
As of 12:30 p.m., Electrical District No. 3 reported no outages in the North Central region, where the restaurant is situated. Nando’s has not disclosed how long the location will be closed, but expressed gratitude for the community’s understanding during this inconvenience.
Nando’s Mexican Grill represents the company’s fifth location in the metro Phoenix area, contributing to the growing dining landscape in Maricopa. The swift recovery following the outage signals the restaurant’s commitment to its local clientele.
