Mysterious Blaze Engulfs Rancho Home: Investigators on the Case

Fire crews in Maricopa responded to a house fire in Rancho El Dorado on August 7, 2024. The incident occurred just before 4 p.m. on the 42600 block of Venture Road after Phoenix Regional Dispatch received a report.

According to department spokesperson Monica Williams, crews were met with smoke coming from the rear of the residence upon arrival. “The fire was contained to one room with no extension into other areas,” she noted.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries from the incident. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
