Mulch Blaze Erupts in Phoenix, Filling Sky with Smoke
PHOENIX — Fire crews tackled a mulch fire on Saturday afternoon in Phoenix, prompting a rapid response. At approximately 2:15 p.m., firefighters arrived near Central and Southern avenues after receiving multiple reports of smoke in the vicinity.
