In Maricopa, a two-story home located at 45665 W. Barbara Lane sold for $283,000 on June 11, making it the least expensive home sale in the area from June 10 to July 14.

This Maricopa Meadows residence, built by KB Homes in 2007, features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms within its 1,633 square feet. The home is characterized by peach-colored walls and white furnishings, giving it a bright, airy atmosphere. The kitchen comes with honey oak cabinetry and overlooks a grassy backyard. Upstairs, the property includes two additional bedrooms and a loft area.

The house sold for $17,000 below its list price but has appreciated significantly since it was last sold for $83,000 in 2009. Its price per square foot amounts to $173.30, and it sat on the market for 59 days before selling. The lot size of the property is 5,176 square feet.
