A recent home sale at 40610 W. Desert Fairways Drive has made headlines in Maricopa. This impressive three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath residence within The Lakes at Rancho El Dorado sold for $755,000 on June 3, 2023, marking it as the most expensive property sold between May 10 and June 9.

The property features an extended paver driveway, an RV gate, and a climate-controlled RV garage adjoining the backyard. Outdoor amenities include a paddleboat ramp, a covered patio with an inground spa, a barbeque area sheltered by a ramada, and raised garden beds within a greenhouse.

Previously, this property had sold for $620,000 earlier in 2023. The home, built by Richmond American, spans 2,556 square feet with a lot size of 10,790 square feet. With a price per square foot of $296.38, it spent 49 days on the market before selling.
