March Makes Way for County Clean-Up in Hidden Valley and Thunderbird Farms

If you reside in Hidden Valley or Thunderbird Farms and have unwanted items to dispose of, a cleanup event taking place soon may interest you.
Pinal County Supervisor Rich Vitiello (R-Maricopa) announced a free cleanup event scheduled for Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29. It will be held at 43910 W. Meadowview Road from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on both days.
During the event, large dumpsters and crews will be available to assist residents. Vitiello noted that inquiries have already arisen about whether larger items like boats can be discarded. “If you can drag it there, we’ll take it,” he stated, though he emphasized that certain safety restrictions apply.
Items that cannot be disposed of include batteries, oil, paint, anti-freeze, motor oil, gasoline, biohazards, herbicides, pesticides, and any commercial waste.
Residents may be required to provide proof of residency through a utility bill, identification card, or driver’s license to participate.
For further inquiries, residents can reach out to Brandon Yeoman at 520-483-1418.
