Man arrested in drive-by shooting incident

A Lake Havasu City man was arrested early Saturday following a reported drive-by shooting at a house party on Spirit Lane. The police received calls around 1:50 a.m. about the incident, prompting an immediate response to the 1900 block of Spirit Lane.

Investigators learned that 21-year-old Seth Duda had been asked to leave the party earlier in the evening. Allegedly, he returned with a firearm and discharged multiple rounds into the residence.

Approximately four hours after the shooting, law enforcement apprehended Duda at the same location. As of Monday afternoon, specific details regarding the arrest had not been released.

Duda faces serious charges, including drive-by shooting, disorderly conduct with a weapon, endangerment, and criminal damage to property. Thankfully, there were no reported injuries linked to the shooting.

Following an initial court appearance, Duda’s bond was set at $150,000. He has since been transferred to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office and remains in custody as of the latest reports.
