Location of New Homes in Youngtown Raises Eyebrows and Curiosity

The homes are giving “take a Quick Trip” a whole new meaning.
ARIZONA, USA — Location and convenience are often top priorities when purchasing a home. A new development in the state seems to capture both, albeit in a surprising way.
“Where’s the parking going to be?” questioned a local resident, highlighting concerns over the newly constructed homes.
This group of houses, situated near El Mirage Road and Olive Avenue, is causing a stir among potential buyers and onlookers. They are remarkably close to a QuikTrip gas station and convenience store, raising eyebrows about the practicality of the layout.
The configuration of the homes has sparked discussions. One observer noted, “Backing out of the driveway feels like you’re nearly entering the QT parking lot. It doesn’t quite make sense.” A suggestion was made to flip the homes around and install a barrier for privacy, indicating that not everyone finds the design appealing.
Despite the layout’s oddities, realtor Yareli Orozco believes the uniqueness could attract buyers. “They’re testing the waters with this design,” she explained. “Arizona is expanding rapidly, and homes are going to be built wherever there’s available space.”
Orozco remains optimistic, asserting, “There’s a buyer for everything.” Some community members may be puzzled, but others find the location’s quirkiness endearing, calling it a conversation starter.
